Section 36-27-24 Funds for assets of retirement system - Creation; composition; disposition
of funds; appropriations. (a) Effective October 1, 1997, all the assets of the retirement
system shall be credited according to the purpose for which they are held among three funds,
namely, the Annuity Savings Fund, the Pension Accumulation Fund, and the Expense Fund. The
operation of the former Pension Reserve Fund and the Annuity Reserve Fund shall be discontinued
as of such date and the balance of the former Pension Reserve Fund shall be transferred to
the Pension Accumulation Fund, and the balance of the former Annuity Reserve Fund shall be
transferred to the Pension Accumulation Fund. (b) Annuity Savings Fund. The Annuity Savings
Fund shall be a fund in which shall be accumulated contributions from the compensation of

Section 22-27-17 Disposal fees; disposition of funds; exemptions; review of records;
biennial report. (a) Beginning on October 1, 2008, the following disposal fees are levied
upon generators of solid waste who dispose of solid waste at solid waste management facilities
permitted by the department subject to this chapter, which shall be collected in accordance
with subsection (b): (1) One dollar ($1) per ton for all waste disposed of in a municipal
solid waste landfill. (2) One dollar ($1) per ton or twenty-five cents ($0.25) per cubic yard

Section 26-16-6 Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board - Duties and functions of board

Section 27-44-5 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1)
ACCOUNT. Either of the three accounts created under Section 27-44-6. (2) ASSOCIATION.

Section 31-1-4 County commissions required to allow certain veterans' organizations
to use county buildings for meetings. (a) The county commission of each county of the state
shall allow use of an appropriate meeting room in the county courthouse or other county building
by any local veterans' organization to conduct regular and special business meetings. (b)

Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing,
which shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated
in this section. The membership of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial,
gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state. In order to insure continuity
