Section 34-2A-3 Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators. (a) There is created
a Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators composed of nine members, seven members
as set out in this subsection, and two additional consumer members as set out in subsection
(b). The membership of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic,
urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state. The seven original members shall be composed
as follows: Five members shall be assisted living administrators duly licensed and registered
under this chapter; one member shall be a physician licensed under the laws of the state;
and one shall be a licensed nursing home administrator who in the same or contiguous facility

Section 34-27-7 Real Estate Commission - Created; composition; qualifications of members; appointment;
terms; compensation; organization; executive director and assistant executive director generally;
seal; records; immunity from suit. (a) There is created the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
The commission shall consist of nine members appointed by the Governor with the advice and

that Erin Merryn was raped and molested for six and a half years by a neighbor and a family
member. She began a crusade her senior year of high school in 2004 to end the silence and
shame around sexual abuse. Erin's Law has been adopted in a number of states to help address
the problem of child sexual abuse. (2) The intent of Erin's Law is to shatter the silence
and stigma around child sexual abuse, and to educate children and empower them to recognize
and to report abuse. (3) The Legislature finds that without a specific initiative like Erin's
Law, schools generally fail to give young students adequate awareness and a voice in this
issue. (b) The Governor's Task Force on Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Children created under
subsection (c) shall adopt guidelines for a child sexual abuse prevention instructional program.

Section 15-18-179 Application for incorporation; certificate of incorporation; amendment; board

corporation may be organized as a community punishment and corrections authority pursuant
to this article in any county or group of counties located in one or more judicial circuits.
In order to incorporate the public corporation, any number of natural persons, not less than
