Section 13A-9-90 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) FOOD STAMP COUPON. Any coupon, stamp or type of certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of the Food Stamp Act of 1977. (2) FOOD STAMP AUTHORIZATION CARD. Section 13A-9-91 Illegal possession of food stamps in the first, second, and third degree.
