Section 9-11-505 Penalties. Any person, firm, corporation, or association that violates Sections
9-11-500 to 9-11-504, inclusive, of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction, shall be fined not less than two thousand dollars ($2,000) nor more than five
thousand dollars ($5,000), and may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more
than 30 days for each offense. A second and subsequent offense shall be punishable by a fine

Section 12-15-112 Interference with performance of duties by juvenile probation officers. (a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere knowingly with or oppose or otherwise obstruct
any juvenile probation officer or representative of the Department of Human Resources in the

17 years of age involved in obscene acts. (a) Any person who knowingly films, prints, records,
photographs or otherwise produces any obscene matter that contains a visual depiction of a

Section 15-20A-36 Name change of offender. (a) No sex offender shall change his or her name
unless the change is incident to a change in the marital status of the sex offender or is
necessary to effect the exercise of the religion of the sex offender. Such a change shall
be immediately reported to local law enforcement in each county in which the sex offender
is required to register. If the sex offender is subject to the notification provisions of
this chapter, the reporting of a name change under this section shall invoke notification.

or frozen dessert in a producing plant and sells or offers for sale, consigns or offers for

Section 31-13-11 Unauthorized aliens prohibited from seeking employment in state. (a) It is
