who does not have a distinctive special long-term access or long-term disability access license
plate or placard or temporary disability placard as provided in Section 32-6-231, or who is

Section 2-10-62 Certificate of membership; stock of association; member's liability for association's
debts. When a member of an association established without capital stock has paid his membership
fee in full, he shall receive a certificate of membership. No association shall issue stock
to a member until it has been fully paid for. The promissory notes of the members may be accepted

Section 37-8-117 Failure to provide power headlights on engines. Any company, corporation,
lessee, owner, operator, receiver or officer of any company, corporation, owner, lessee, operator
or receiver owning or operating a railroad or railway in whole or in part in this state, violating
or causing to be violated any of the statutes of this state providing for the safety of employees
or other persons on railroads, by providing for power headlights on all engines operated in

Section 45-43-242 Sale, distribution, or delivery of malt or brewed beverages to retailers.
(a) The Lowndes County Commission is hereby authorized to levy a privilege or license tax
on all persons, firms, and corporations, selling, distributing, or delivering to retailers
in Lowndes County, any malt or brewed beverages including beer, lager beer, ale, porter, or
similar fermented malt liquor containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume,
which tax shall be in an amount equal to one cent ($.01) on each 12 fluid ounces or fractional
part thereof, sold or distributed within the county, including that sold or distributed within

fitness of the persons to manage an association are such as to assure a proper, fair and successful
