Section 13A-6-243 Directing a child to engage in sexual intercourse or sodomy. (a)(1) A person
commits the crime of directing a child to engage in sexual intercourse or sodomy if he or
she knowingly entices, allures, persuades, induces, or directs any person under the age of
12 years to engage in sexual intercourse or sodomy with another person. (2) Directing a child
to engage in sexual intercourse or sodomy is a Class A felony. (b)(1) A person commits the

Section 13A-8-4 Theft of property in the second degree. (a) The theft of property between one
thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) in value and two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500)
in value, and which is not taken from the person of another, constitutes theft of property
in the second degree. (b) Theft of property in the second degree is a Class C felony. (c)
The theft of a firearm, rifle, or shotgun, regardless of its value, constitutes theft of property

Section 13A-9-91 Illegal possession of food stamps in the first, second, and third degree.
(a) A person commits the crime of illegal possession of food stamps if: (1) He or she knowingly
uses, transfers, acquires, alters, or possesses food stamp coupons or food stamp authorization
cards in any manner not authorized by the Food Stamp Act of 1977, 7 U.S.C. § 2011 et seq.,
or the regulations issued pursuant to the act; or (2) He or she presents or causes to be presented
