Section 22-30E-10 Limitation of liability provisions. (a) The Legislature declares that, in
order to achieve the economic redevelopment and site rehabilitation of contaminated properties
in accordance with this chapter, it is imperative to encourage financing of real property
transactions involving qualifying property. Accordingly, a lender, including one serving as
a trustee, personal representative, or in any other fiduciary capacity in connection
with a loan, and a lender holding evidence of ownership of a qualifying property primarily
to protect a security interest, or as a result of foreclosure or a deed in lieu of foreclosure
of a security interest, is entitled to the liability protection established in subsection
(a) of Section 22-30E-9 if the lender meets each of the following requirements: (1) The lender
has not caused or contributed to a release of a contaminant at the qualified property. (2)
The lender seeks to sell, transfer, or otherwise divest the qualifying property at...

Section 27-42-5 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ACCOUNT. Any one
of the three accounts created by Section 27-42-6. (2) AFFILIATE. A person who directly, or

Section 13A-13-8 Failure to report missing child. (a) This section shall be known and may be
cited as Caylee's Law. (b) For purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the
meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ABDUCTION. The removal or retention

Section 34-7B-26 Application and licensure requirements to operate school. (a) Before being
licensed by the board to operate a school, an applicant shall satisfy all of the requirements

Section 11-53B-7 Payment of costs. The municipality, in ordering any repair or demolition the
cost of which or any part thereof is to be assessed against any property in accordance with
this chapter, may provide that the same shall be paid in cash within 30 days after the final
