Section 28-3-242 Procedure for confiscation and sale of goods, etc.; nature of proceedings
against goods, etc.; court proceedings for collection of tax due and assessed. (a) In all
cases of seizure of any goods, wares, merchandise or other property made as being subject

information. (a)(1) The State Board of Medical Examiners on its own motion may investigate
any evidence which appears to show that a physician or osteopath holding a certificate of
qualification to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama is or may be guilty

of fire and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county

Section 14-14-4 Establishment of furlough program. (a) The department shall establish
a medical furlough program. The commissioner shall adopt the rules and regulations for implementation
of the medical furlough program. For each person considered for medical furlough, the commissioner
shall determine whether the person is a geriatric inmate, permanently incapacitated inmate,
