Section 32-12-20 Definition; parent or guardian not to authorize or permit violations. It is
unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required by
this chapter. The parent of any child and the guardian of any ward shall not authorize or
knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.

Section 12-15-112 Interference with performance of duties by juvenile probation officers. (a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere knowingly with or oppose or otherwise obstruct
any juvenile probation officer or representative of the Department of Human Resources in the

manufacture, transportation, or distribution. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess,

of transmitting obscene material to a child if the person transmits, by means of any computer
communication system allowing the input, output, examination, or transfer of computer programs
from one computer to another, material which, in whole or in part, depicts actual or simulated
nudity, sexual conduct, or sadomasochistic abuse, for the purpose of initiating or engaging

Section 15-20A-48 Relation to other laws. (a) For the purposes of Sections 13A-5-2, 13A-5-6,
