Section 30-3B-308 Expedited enforcement of child custody determination. (a) A petition under
this article must be verified. Certified copies of all orders sought to be enforced and of
any order confirming registration must be attached to the petition. A copy of a certified
copy of an order may be attached instead of the original. (b) A petition for enforcement of
a child custody determination must state: (1) Whether the court that issued the determination
identified the jurisdictional basis it relied upon in exercising jurisdiction and, if so,

State Board of Medical Examiners and the Board of Nursing in addition to the powers and duties
otherwise expressed in this article, may commence and maintain in their own names in any circuit

Section 8-19-10 Private right of action. (a) Any person who commits one or more of the acts
or practices declared unlawful under this chapter and thereby causes monetary damage to a
consumer, and any person who commits one or more of the acts or practices declared unlawful
in subdivisions (19) and (20) of Section 8-19-5 and thereby causes monetary damage to another
person, shall be liable to each consumer or other person for: (1) Any actual damages sustained

Section 15-13-115 Obligation of sureties in probation cases. The obligation of sureties is
continued beyond the finding of a guilty verdict by the judge or by a jury in cases where
the maximum sentence, set out by law, does not exceed 10 years and where the court desires
to continue the case for a probation hearing so long as the court has not announced the sentence
to be imposed or sentenced the defendant in any form as set out by law. In such cases, the
obligation of the sureties is continued until there has been a determination and order by
