Section 13A-10-151 Definitions. The following terms shall have the following meanings: (1)
ACT OF TERRORISM. An act or acts constituting a specified offense as defined in subdivision
(4) for which a person may be convicted in the criminal courts of this state, or an act or
acts constituting an offense in any other jurisdiction within or outside the territorial boundaries
of the United States which contains all of the essential elements of a specified offense,
that is intended to do the following: a. Intimidate or coerce a civilian population. b. Influence
the policy of a unit of government by intimidation or coercion. c. Affect the conduct of a
unit of government by murder, assassination, or kidnapping. (2) MATERIAL SUPPORT OR RESOURCES.

Section 13A-11-231 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms have
the following meanings: (1) HARASS. To engage in any conduct directed toward a service dog
or handler that is likely to impede or interfere with the performance of a service dog in
its duties or places the health and safety of the service dog or its handler in jeopardy.
Such conduct includes actions which distract, obstruct, or intimidate the service dog, such
as taunting, teasing, or striking. (2) INJURY. Physical or emotional injury to the service
dog. (3) NOTICE. An actual verbal or other communication warning that the behavior of the
person or the dog of the person is harassing toward the performance of a service dog in its

Section 13A-11-270 Airbag fraud. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms
shall have the following meanings: (1) AIRBAG. A motor vehicle inflatable occupant restraint
system or any component thereof that satisfies both of the following: a. Operates in the event
of a crash. b. Was designed in accordance with all applicable federal safety standards for
the specific make, model, and year of the motor vehicle in which it is or will be installed.
(2) COUNTERFEIT AIRBAG. A replacement motor vehicle inflatable occupant restraint system or
