Section 12-15-201 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms and phrases
shall have the following meanings: (1) AVERAGE COST OF DETENTION. The average cost of detention
of children as determined from experience in Alabama and as computed by the Department of

Section 16-1-24.1 Safe school and drug-free school policy; treatment of policy violators; promulgation
and distribution of discipline policy; liability limited for discipline actions; local boards

Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter,
whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel
