Section 45-44A-41.02 Notice to destroy weeds. (a) After the passage of the resolution, the City of Tuskegee shall give the person last assessing the property for state taxes notice by personally serving upon such person a copy of the notice to remove such weeds within a reasonable time. In the event that such personal service is returned not found, such notice may be given by registered mail or certified mail. The mailing of such registered or certified mail notice, properly addressed and postage prepaid, shall constitute notice as required herein. Prior to the delivery or mailing of the notice as required by the immediate preceding sentence, the city shall cause to be conspicuously posted in front of the property on which such nuisance exists, at not more than one hundred feet in distance apart, but not less than two in all, notices headed, Notice to Destroy Weeds, such heading to be in words not less than one inch in height and substantially in the following form: NOTICE TO DESTROY...

Section 45-5-242 Levy of gasoline tax; use of proceeds. (a) The following words, when used in this section shall have the meaning ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) "Gasoline" means any type of gasoline, naptha, or other liquid motor fuel, or any device or substitute therefor, commonly used in internal combustion engines. Section 7-9A-625 Remedies for secured party's failure to comply with article. (a) Judicial orders concerning noncompliance. If it is established that a secured party is not proceeding in accordance with this article, a court may order or restrain collection, enforcement, or disposition of collateral on appropriate terms and conditions. Section 8-20A-2 Obligations of manufacturer. (a) If a new motor vehicle does not conform to any applicable express warranty, and the consumer delivers the motor vehicle to the manufacturer, its agent, or its authorized dealer, and gives notice of the nonconforming condition during the lemon law rights period, the manufacturer of the motor vehicle shall be obligated to make such repairs to the motor vehicle as shall be necessary to remedy any nonconforming condition thereof.
