Section 2-25-3 Power and duty of commissioner as to protection of agricultural and horticultural interests from plant pests and noxious weeds generally. (a) The commissioner may conduct investigations or examinations of providers, administrators, insurers, or other persons to enforce this chapter and protect service contract holders in this state. (b) For purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ABDUCTION.
