Section 2-26-51 Use of symbols by persons, associations, etc., other than associations registering
same; violations of provisions of article deemed misdemeanors. (a) It shall be unlawful for
any person, firm, association or corporation, other than the association which so registered
such symbol or symbols, to use such symbol or symbols in any manner for identifying or certifying
seeds or plant parts or for any person, firm, association or corporation to sell, offer for
sale or otherwise market or distribute foundation seed for any specified crop, other than
the association which registered the symbol or symbols of such foundation seed for such crop
with the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries. (b) Any person, firm, association or

Section 45-49-120.28 Attendance of witnesses; fees; false oaths. Any person who shall be served
with a subpoena, issued in the course of an investigation or hearing conducted under this
part, to appear and testify or to produce books and papers, who shall disobey or neglect to

Section 12-15-134 Maintenance and inspection of law enforcement records. (a) Law enforcement
agencies shall take special precautions to ensure that law enforcement records and files concerning
a child will be maintained in a manner and pursuant to those safeguards that will protect
against disclosure to any unauthorized person, department, agency, or entity. Unless a charge
of delinquency is transferred for criminal prosecution pursuant to Section 12-15-203 or the

Section 32-5-92 Special speed limitations on bridges. (a) The Department of Transportation
or other proper state body upon request from any local authorities shall, or upon its own
initiative may, conduct an investigation of any public bridge, causeway or viaduct, and if
it shall thereupon find that such structure cannot with safety to itself withstand vehicles
traveling at the speed otherwise permissible under this article, the department shall determine
