Section 2-23-2 Definitions. The following terms, as used in this chapter and rules and regulations promulgated under authority of this chapter, shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) AGRICULTURAL LIMING MATERIALS. Those products whose calcium and magnesium compounds are capable of neutralizing soil acidity (2) LIMESTONE. A calcareous rock composed primarily of calcium carbonate or a combination of calcium and magnesium carbonates. (3) CALCITIC LIMESTONE. A calcareous rock composed wholly or largely of calcium carbonate. (4) DOLOMITIC LIMESTONE. A calcareous rock composed of calcium and magnesium carbonates with a minimum elemental magnesium (Mg) content of six percent. (5) BURNT LIME. A material made from limestone which consists essentially of calcium oxide or a combination of calcium and magnesium oxides. (6) HYDRATED LIME. Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses, etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based on a violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, violations listed in subsection (c), the licensee or prospective licensee may request a public hearing before the board to appeal the action of the board. Section 34-1A-5 Licenses - Issuance; fees; suspension or revocation; nonresident license; display; written service contracts; confidential information. (a) The board shall issue licenses authorized by this chapter to all qualified individuals in accordance with rules or regulations established by the board. Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent.
