Section 26-14-8 Statewide central registry. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words shall have the following meanings, respectively: (1) INDICATED. When credible evidence and professional judgment substantiates that an alleged perpetrator is responsible for child abuse or neglect. (2) NOT INDICATED. When credible evidence and professional judgment does not substantiate that an alleged perpetrator is responsible for child abuse or neglect. (b) The Department of Human Resources shall establish a statewide central registry for reports of child abuse and neglect made pursuant to this chapter. The central registry shall contain, but shall not be limited to: (1) All information in the written report; (2) Record of the final disposition of the report, including services offered and services accepted; (3) The names and identifying data, dates, and circumstances of any persons requesting or receiving information from the registry; provided, however, that requests for...

Section 30-3-6 Bond, security, or other guarantee to secure payment of overdue support or compliance with visitation order. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) SUPPORT. Support of any child, with respect to whom a support order exists, and support of a spouse or former spouse with respect to whom a support order exists where incidental to an order of child support as required by Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. Section 30-5-5 Standing to file sworn petition for protection order; disclosure of information; costs and fees. (a) The following persons have standing to file a sworn petition for a protection order under this chapter as a plaintiff: (1) A person who is at least 18 years old or is otherwise emancipated and is the victim of abuse, as defined in Section 30-5-2, or has reasonable cause to believe he or she is in imminent danger of becoming the victim of any act of abuse. Section 34-27-68 Commission may seek injunctive relief, etc., for violation of article; investigation; revocation of registration. (a) If it appears that a person, firm, corporation, or any business entity has engaged, or is about to engage, in an act or practice constituting a violation of a provision of this article or rule or order of the commission, the commission, through the Attorney General, may institute legal actions to enjoin the act or practice and to enforce compliance with this article or any rule or order of the commission or to have a receiver or conservator appointed.
