Section 13A-12-130 Public lewdness. (a) A person commits the crime of public lewdness if: (1)
He exposes his anus or genitals in a public place and is reckless about whether another may
be present who will be offended or alarmed by his act; or (2) He does any lewd act in a public
place which he knows is likely to be observed by others who would be affronted or alarmed.

Section 22-15A-8 Enforcement of chapter; reporting violations. (a) The department, in cooperation
with other agencies, shall enforce this chapter and to implement enforcement shall adopt,
in consultation with the State Fire Marshal, rules specifying procedures to be followed by

Section 32-5A-195 Cancellation, suspension, or revocation of driver's license; grounds, procedure,
etc. (a) The Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency is authorized to cancel
any driver's license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled to the issuance thereof
or that the licensee failed to give the correct or required information in his or her application.
