Section 40-21-53 Electric, hydroelectric, gas, or any other public utility - License
tax - Credit on electric bills for certain persons. (a) Each person, firm, or corporation,
including any corporations operating an electric or hydroelectric public utility; or a gas
public utility; or any privately owned and operated wastewater system as defined in Section
22-25B-1 which is required by Chapter 25B of Title 22, to be operated and maintained by a
wastewater management entity certified by the Public Service Commission; or any other public
or municipal utility now paying the two and two-tenths percent shall be subject to the provisions
of this section and shall pay to the state a license tax equal to two and two-tenths
percent on each $1 of gross receipts of such public utility for the preceding year; except,

Section 5-26-13 Enforcement authorities, violations, and penalties. (1) In order to
ensure the effective supervision and enforcement of this chapter the supervisor may: (a) Deny,

Section 12-25-38 Revocation of post-release supervision status. (a) Offenders who fail
to comply with the conditions of post-release supervision as specified by the Board of Pardons
and Paroles may have their release status revoked. (b) At any time during the period of post-release
supervision, the Board of Pardons and Paroles may issue a warrant and may cause the offender
to be arrested for violating any of the conditions of post-release supervision. (c) Any probation

Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. (a)
The purpose of this section is to establish within the Legislature complete control
over regulation and policy pertaining to firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories in
order to ensure that such regulation and policy is applied uniformly throughout this state
to each person subject to the state's jurisdiction and to ensure protection of the right to

each domestic violence center shall do all of the following: (1) Provide a facility that shall
