Section 27-10-51 Acts constituting appointment of commissioner as agent for service of process on foreign or alien insurer. Any of the following acts in this state, effected by mail or otherwise, by an unauthorized foreign or alien insurer: (1) The issuance or delivery of contracts of insurance to residents of this state or to corporations authorized to do business therein; (2) The solicitation of applications for such contracts; (3) The collection of premiums, membership fees, assessments, or other considerations for such contracts; or (4) Any other transaction of insurance business; is equivalent to, and shall constitute, an appointment by such insurer of the commissioner and his successor or successors in office to be its true and lawful attorney, upon whom may be served all lawful process in any action or proceeding instituted by, or on behalf of, an insured or beneficiary arising out of any such contract of insurance; and any such act shall be signification of the insurer's...

(a) Any person who sells, transfers, purchases for resale, or otherwise furnishes to a person in this state a listed precursor chemical shall submit a report of the transaction on a form obtained from the Board of Pharmacy that includes the information required by Section 20-2-183. Section 9-11-70 Hunting, fishing, or trapping with revoked or suspended license; licenses not transferable; penalties. (a) No person shall hunt, fish, or trap in areas or under any conditions that a hunting, fishing, or trapping license is required by law, during any period that the person's hunting, fishing, and trapping privileges pursuant to the license have been revoked or suspended by a court of competent jurisdiction. The board of registrars shall have power to examine, under oath or affirmation, all applicants for registration, and to take testimony touching the qualifications of such applicants, but no applicant shall be required to answer any question, written or oral, not related to his or her qualifications to register. The board shall keep records of its proceedings in a book provided for that purpose, especially with relation to the issuance, denial, renewal, suspension, and revocation of licenses to practice veterinary medicine.
