Section 13A-9-17 Unlawfully using slugs - Prohibition. (a) A person commits the crime of unlawfully using slugs if: (1) With intent to defraud the supplier, or another person, of property or a service sold or offered by means of a coin machine, he inserts, deposits or uses a slug in that machine; or (2) He makes, possesses or disposes of a slug with intent that it be used unlawfully in a coin machine as provided in subdivision (a)(1) of this section.
