Section 23-2-167 Definitions. THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2019-501 IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024. TO SEE THE AMENDED VERSION, SEE THE VERSION LABELED PENDING. (a) A person may not engage in the business of a motor vehicle wholesale auction unless the person is licensed under this article by the department. (b) A person desiring to engage in the business of a motor vehicle wholesale auction shall apply to the department on a form prescribed by the department. Section 40-12-260 Transfer of license plates; registration procedures; receipts; penalty. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon.
