Section 9-2-3.1 Parking violations on property under control control of department. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (2) PROPERTY UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT.
