Section 40-25-15 Nontaxable sales. (a) A wholesaler or jobber, as defined in Section 40-25-1
and who is duly qualified as such wholesaler or jobber under Section 40-25-16, may sell tobacco
products enumerated herein without the Alabama Revenue Stamps affixed thereto; provided, that:

Section 45-2-244.185 Recordkeeping. It shall be the duty of every person engaging or continuing
in any business for which a privilege or license tax is imposed hereby to keep and preserve
suitable records of the gross proceeds of any such business and such other books or accounts

to fail or refuse to add to the sales price and collect from the purchaser the amount of the

Section 45-37-245.01 Levy of tax for promotion of Jefferson County as convention, sporting,
and visitors' destination. (a) This section shall apply to Jefferson County. (b) In addition
to all other taxes imposed by law, there is hereby levied a privilege or license tax, in the
