Section 13A-10-192 Additional designations. If any substance is hereafter designated as an
explosive substance or compound under applicable federal law and notice thereof is given to
the State Fire Marshal, the State Fire Marshal shall similarly designate the explosive substance
or compound as an explosive under Section 13A-10-191. The State Fire Marshal shall revise
and republish the listing of explosives set forth in Section 13A-10-191 on an annual basis,

Section 13A-10-190 Definitions. As used in this article, Section 13A-11-11, and Section 36-19-2.1,

Section 34-33A-13 Violations. Whenever the State Fire Marshal has reason to believe that any
individual, partnership, corporation, association, or joint venture is or has been violating
any provision of this chapter, the State Fire Marshal or his or her deputy or assistant may
issue and deliver to the individual, partnership, corporation, association, or joint venture
an order to cease and desist the violation. Failure to comply with any order under this section
