Section 45-40A-10.05 Connectivity. The municipal corporation furnishing television cable service pursuant to this article may require any person furnishing television cable service to the public in this state to interconnect the television cable, lines, facilities, or systems furnishing the service with, or otherwise make available the cables, lines, facilities, or systems to the municipal corporation's television cable, lines, facilities, or system in order to provide a continuous line of communication for the municipal corporation's subscribers.
