Section 13A-10-3 Refusal to permit inspection. (a) A person commits the crime of refusing to permit inspection of property that is owned, possessed or otherwise subject to his control if, a public servant is legally authorized to inspect such property and an attempt is being made to exercise that authority and he: (1) Refuses to produce the property for a reasonable inspection; or (2) Refuses to permit a reasonable inspection. (b) For the purposes of this section, "legally authorized inspection" includes any lawful search, sampling, testing or other examination of property, in connection with the regulation of the defendant's business or occupation, that is authorized by law. Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent.
