Section 45-37A-51.03 Board of managers. (a)(1) In order to assure representation of all participants of this system, there shall be a board of managers of five members for the administration, management, and control of the supplemental pension system, including administration, management, control, acquisition, and disbursement of the fund. (a) No person shall manufacture or sell a commercial feed in this state, unless he or she has filed with the commissioner on forms provided by the commissioner, his or her name, place of business, and location of each manufacturing facility from which feed may be shipped within or into this state. (b) The person shall apply for and obtain from the commissioner a license authorizing the sale and distribution of commercial feed. Section 25-4-32 Requisition of moneys from trust fund. (a) Money shall be requisitioned from the state's account in the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund solely for the payment of benefits and in accordance with regulations prescribed by the secretary; except, that money credited to this state's account pursuant to Section 903 of the Social Security Act, as amended, shall be used exclusively as provided in this section.
