(a) The following words and phrases used in this part, and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, in the absence of clear implication herein otherwise, shall be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AMENDMENT 392. (a) A commission shall promptly consider any application for the issuance or transfer of an operator's license submitted to it and shall grant or deny the issuance or transfer of such license based on all information before it, including the results of investigations it deems appropriate. (a) A real property owner in a designated region may apply to a local government under a program for funding to finance a qualified project and enter into a written contract with the local government. The department shall develop a model policy prohibiting bullying, violence, and threats of violence on or off of school property, on a school bus, or at any school-sponsored function.
