Section 40-12-262 Effect of provisions relative to registration and display of tags on nonresidents;
international registration plan; temporary trip permit; penalties. (a) The provisions of the

and the damage to the vehicle is greater than or equal to 75 percent of the fair retail value

card. (a) It is unlawful for anyone to use an image or facsimile of the Great Seal of the
State of Alabama as described in Section 1-2-4 for any commercial purpose. (b) It is unlawful
