Section 6-5-340 Computer failure or malfunction. (a) Whenever used in this section, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) GOVERNMENTAL CORPORATION AND AUTHORITY. Any public or private corporation, board, or authority established pursuant to a general or local law by state, county, or municipal government for the purpose of carrying out a specific governmental function. Section 9-16-85 Permits - Approval or denial by authority; filing of violation schedule; issuance to mine on prime farm land. (a) Upon the basis of a complete mining application and reclamation plan or a revision or renewal thereof, as required by this article, following public notification and opportunity for a public hearing as required by Section 9-16-88, the regulatory authority shall grant, require modification of, or deny the permit within 30 days and notify the applicant in writing of its action. Any person convicted of any of the following actions under this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor: (1) Violating the confidentiality of records provisions. (2) Violating lawfully adopted policies which are provided for in this chapter. (a) A person is guilty of criminal conspiracy if, with the intent that conduct constituting an offense be performed, he agrees with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct, and any one or more of such persons does an overt act to effect an objective of the agreement.
