Section 12-15-505 State Team established; membership; term; duties; hiring authority.
(a) The State Team is created and shall consist of a representative appointed by the head
of the following departments, agencies, or organizations: The Department of Education, the
Department of Human Resources, the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Public Health,
the Department of Youth Services, and the Alabama Chief Probation Officers Association. (b)
The appointments to the State Team shall be for a term of three years beginning October 1,
1993, and each three years thereafter and until their successors are appointed, except that

Section 41-9-416 Administration of funds; records; office space and equipment. (a) The
commission shall administer funds allocated for its work and be authorized to accept, disburse,
and allocate any funds that may become available from other governmental and private sources,
provided that all such funds shall be disbursed or allocated in compliance with any specific
designation stated by the donor. In the absence of such specific designation, the funds shall
be disbursed or allocated to projects related to any of the purposes of the commission. (b)
The commission may impose user fees on participants in its programs, services, or activities.

Section 45-45-161 Distribution of payments. (a)(1) Pursuant to the authority granted
by Section 40-28-2, Madison County's share of payments made by the Tennessee Valley
Authority to the state in lieu of ad valorem taxes shall be distributed in the following manner:
(1) Up to one percent of such payments each year shall be used to establish, equip, and maintain
a legislative delegation office. All decisions concerning the Madison County Legislative Office
including, but not limited to, revenue, income, or purchases shall be made by resolutions
of the delegation adopted by a concurrent majority of the Madison County delegation, senators

Section 15-22-54 Period of probation; termination of probation; violation of terms of
probation; sanctions. (a) The period of probation or suspension of execution of sentence shall
be determined by the court and shall not be waived by the defendant, and the period of probation
or suspension may be continued, extended, or terminated. However, except as provided in Section
32-5A-191 relating to ignition interlock requirements, in no case shall the maximum probation
