Section 15-20A-26 Juvenile sex offender - Treatment; risk assessment. (a) Upon adjudication
of delinquency for a sex offense, a juvenile sex offender shall be required to receive sex
offender treatment by a sex offender treatment program or provider approved by the Department
of Youth Services. (b) Upon completion of sex offender treatment, the juvenile sex offender
shall be required to undergo a sex offender risk assessment. The treatment provider shall
provide a copy of the risk assessment to the sentencing court, the prosecuting attorney, and
the juvenile probation office not less than 60 days prior to the projected release of the
juvenile sex offender from a facility where the juvenile sex offender does not have unsupervised
access to the public or immediately upon completion of the risk assessment if the juvenile
sex offender is not in a facility where the juvenile sex offender does not have unsupervised

Section 45-8-83 Juvenile Court Services Fund. (a) Monthly supervision fees assessed in juvenile
court cases may continue to be assessed in the manner as currently assessed by law at the
discretion of the juvenile court judge. The supervision fees shall be collected by the juvenile
court clerk's office and deposited into the Juvenile Court Services Fund. (b) There is hereby
established a "Juvenile Court Services Fund" for the deposit of the juvenile court

Section 12-23-12 Court referral officer assessment fee. In addition to the imposition of any
other costs, penalties, or fines imposed pursuant to law, any person convicted as an adult
or adjudicated a youthful offender or juvenile delinquent based on the offense of driving
under the influence or other alcohol or drug related offenses as defined in this chapter shall
be ordered by the court to pay an alcohol and drug abuse court referral officer assessment

for which a pardon is granted under this article shall be ordered transferred by a court of
competent jurisdiction to the Alabama Department of Archives and History for confidential
