Section 12-5-13 Coordination of functions and duties of administrative personnel of trial courts
or local court systems; transfer and direction of expenditure of moneys appropriated to certain
state agencies and courts. (a) In connection with the administration of justice within trial
courts or within local court systems, the Administrative Director of Courts shall coordinate
the functions and duties of administrative personnel, including court administrators and court
administrative aides to judges, so that the overall administration of justice may function
with efficiency and cooperation. (b) The Administrative Director of Courts is authorized to

Section 45-45-82.54 Judicial Administration Fund. (a) The additional court costs or fees collected
by the Circuit Court Clerk of Madison County shall be deposited into the Judicial Administration
Fund, which is hereby created. (b) It is the intent of the Legislature that the Madison County
Commission use the proceeds from the Judicial Administration Fund to maintain current staffing
levels in the District Attorney's Office and Judicial Branch of government in Madison County.
(c) For the fiscal year commencing on October 1, 2004, the Madison County Commission shall

shall attend the meeting of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws

Section 12-19-310 Additional docket fees. (a) In addition to the docket fees now authorized
by law, additional docket fees shall be assessed in all circuit, district, and municipal courts
as follows: (1) In civil cases in the circuit and district courts, except child support cases

Section 12-9A-7 Temporary assignment of circuit or district judge to another circuit. (a) The
Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama, by order, shall assign a circuit or district
judge from a judicial circuit to serve within another judicial circuit for a reasonable period
of time to address court congestion, court delay, civil and criminal backlog of cases, or
