Section 24-8-12 Filing of complaint; investigation and notice; resolution by informal methods;
filing of answer; local fair housing law; conciliation agreement; completion of investigation;

compliance. (a) A person who claims to have been injured by a discriminatory housing practice,
or who believes that he or she may be injured by a discriminatory housing practice that is
about to occur, may file a complaint with the office. Complaints shall be in writing and shall

Section 34-24-53.1 Board of Medical Examiners - Rulemaking authority. (a) The Legislature finds
and declares all of the following: (1) The power to make rules regulating the practice of
medicine or osteopathy includes the power to prohibit unlicensed persons from practicing medicine
or osteopathy and the power to regulate how licensed persons practice medicine or osteopathy.
(2) A primary goal of the provision of health care is to prioritize patient safety and wellness.

Section 36-25A-5.1 Participation by electronic communications. (a) Except as provided in subsection
(d), members of a governmental body as defined in Section 36-25A-2, that is comprised of members
from two or more counties, may participate in a meeting of that governmental body by means
of telephone conference, video conference, or other similar communications equipment which

the juvenile court may make any of the following orders of disposition to protect the welfare
