Section 12-8-5 Chairman; meetings; officials and employees. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall be the chairman of the conference. The conference shall meet at least annually but shall meet at such other times as, in the opinion of the Chief Justice, such meetings are needed, upon the call of the Chief Justice. Section 12-9-7 Assistance of commission by Legislative Reference Service and by law institute; appointment, etc., of research analyst and other employees; employment and compensation of consultants and experts.
