Section 41-9-374 Payment of commission members' expenses and dues. (a) The Commission on Uniform State Laws shall annually present its budget to the Legislative Council for approval. (b) From funds appropriated for the commission, the commission shall: (1) Reimburse members of the commission for their necessary expenses in performing the duties of their offices, including travel for the meeting of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, subject to the approval of the Legislative Council. Section 45-27-71 Expenses of members. (a) In addition to all salaries, travel, and other expenses now provided or allowed by law to be paid to them, each member, including the chair, of the County Commission of Escambia County, shall be paid or reimbursed by the county for actual expenses incurred in the performance of his or her duties outside the county of his or her residence, including expenses incurred in attending conventions of the National Association of County Commissioners and the Alabama Association of County Commissioners.
