Section 30-6-6 Establishment and funding of facilities. (a) In order to be certified, each domestic violence center shall do all of the following: (1) Provide a facility that shall serve as a center to receive and house persons who are victims of domestic violence. For the purpose of this chapter, minor children and other dependents of a victim, when the dependents are partly or wholly dependent on the victim for support or services, may be sheltered with the victim in a domestic violence center. (2) Provide minimum services which shall include, but not be limited to, information and referral services, counseling and case management services, temporary emergency shelter for more than 24 hours for adult victims and their accompanying children, a 24-hour hotline, training for law enforcement personnel, assessment and appropriate referral of resident children, outreach services as defined by standards for counties without a physical emergency shelter facility, and educational services for...

(a) The governing body of Madison County, by resolution thereof, shall have the power to maintain and provide parking for the use of the jurors; and shall have the power to appropriate such funds as are necessary and appropriate for such purpose. All resolutions providing parking for jurors shall be filed in the Probate Office of Madison County and with the Administrative Director of Courts. (b) Upon the adoption of a resolution providing the parking described in this section, Madison County shall establish and maintain a separate fund known as the Madison County Juror Parking Fund. Section 22-12C-5 Probation or civil monetary penalties for food vendors; mitigation or settlement of adverse action. (a) The State Board of Health may establish procedures to administer probation or civil monetary penalties, or both, to WIC Program food vendors. If probation is imposed, the vendor shall be informed that any violation of the WIC Program during the probationary period shall result in the implementation of the original proposed sanction. A civil monetary penalty shall be determined by the vendor's average monthly redemption of WIC Program food instruments for the 12-month period ending with the month immediately preceding that month during which the vendor was charged with the violation. Section 34-14A-15 Recovery fund. (a) The board may establish a Homeowners' Recovery Fund for the purpose of consumer protection, consumer education, and consumer awareness. (a) As used in this section, a local animal control law means a municipal ordinance or local law governing the treatment, care, well-being, or safety of animals.
