Section 45-35-81 Additional court costs - Criminal or misdemeanor cases. Any law, whether special,
local, or general to the contrary notwithstanding, in Houston County in addition to all other
costs and charges in any criminal case or misdemeanor case, whose jurisdiction is in the district

county court judges, district attorneys or assistant district attorneys serving as circuit

of courts of appeals. All laws dealing with the eligibility of judges of the Court of Criminal
Appeals and the Court of Civil Appeals to assume duties and obligations, and to claim and

apply only in Houston County. (b) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases
