Section 12-3-22 Dockets Clerk of Court of Criminal Appeals. (a) The office of dockets Clerk
of the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama is hereby created, such clerk to be appointed
by the judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals and removable at any time the said judges of
the Court of Criminal Appeals may see fit. (b) The duties of such dockets clerk shall be to
keep in regular order the dockets of the clerk's office of the court, to enter from day today
the judgments and proceedings of the court and to perform such duties as may be required by

in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to
