Section 2-6-1 Creation; composition; duties; compensation; rules and regulations. There is

Section 26-24-31 Alabama Children's Policy Council Fund. (a) There is hereby established the
Alabama Children's Policy Council Fund into which there is automatically appropriated twenty
thousand dollars ($20,000) annually at the beginning of each fiscal year. Any funds remaining
in the Alabama Children's Policy Council Fund at the end of any fiscal year shall not revert

Section 33-4A-4 Appointment; terms; expenses. The initial appointees to the commission shall
be the members of the State Pilotage Commission appointed by the Governor pursuant to the
Code of Alabama 1975, as it existed prior to the enactment of this chapter, and holding office
at the time of the enactment of this chapter. Thereafter, at the expiration of the respective

Section 12-8-4 Reimbursement of expenses of members; payment of printing, postage, etc., of
conference. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law relating to reimbursement of traveling
expenses of public officers and employees, the Chief Justice, justices, judges, lawyer members,
officials and employees attending meetings or traveling on official business of the conference

Section 34-32-19 Receiving and accounting for moneys; separate fund in State Treasury; limitation
on appropriation funds. The secretary of the board shall receive and account for all moneys
derived under the provisions of this chapter. Such moneys shall be kept in a separate fund
in the State Treasury to be known as the Soil Classifier's Fund. Such fund shall be kept separate

Section 45-14-91 Clay County Industrial Development Council - Created; composition; meetings;
reimbursement of expenses. (a) Pursuant to Amendment 682 of the Constitution of Alabama of
1901, there is created and established the Clay County Industrial Development Council on the
