Section 45-22-81.03 Juvenile Day Treatment Fund. (a)(l) In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit court, district court, and juvenile court cases in Cullman County, a fee ranging from five dollars ($5) to five hundred dollars ($500) may be assessed at the discretion of the judge upon the adjudication or dismissal of the case and collected by the clerk of the court and shall be remitted monthly to the Juvenile Day Treatment Fund of the Cullman County Commission. (2) Further, a monthly supervision fee not to exceed forty dollars ($40) per month may be assessed in juvenile cases at the discretion of the juvenile court judge and collected by the clerk of the court and shall be remitted monthly to the Juvenile Day Treatment Fund of the Cullman County Commission.
