Section 41-4-36 Inspection and production of books, records, accounts, etc.; examination of
witnesses. The Director of Finance and any authorized officer or employee of the Department
of Finance shall, in the performance of his official duties, for the purpose of examination,
have access to, and the right to copy from, any book, record, account, document, receipt or
paper of any of the departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, agencies, offices or institutions
of the state or of any of the counties, municipal corporations, political subdivisions or

Section 45-28-82.29 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in which
an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program, there shall be a written agreement
between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement shall include the terms of the
pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, and the period of time after which
the district attorney will dispose of the charges against the offender in a noncriminal manner.
If, as part of the pretrial diversion program, the offender agrees to plead guilty to a particular
charge and receive a specific sentence, an agreement concerning when the plea of guilty will
occur, to what charge to which the offender will plead guilty, and any sentence to be imposed,
shall be approved by an appropriate circuit or district court judge having jurisdiction over
the offender within the judicial circuit prior to admission of the offender in the pretrial

Section 45-45-81.04 Court administrator. (a) The office of Court Administrator of the Twenty-third
Judicial Circuit of Alabama is redefined as provided in this section. On May 10, 2012, but
not less than five days thereafter, the presiding circuit judge of the Twenty-third Judicial
Circuit shall nominate for appointment, subject to the approval of a majority vote of the
circuit and district judges of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit, a court administrator, who
