Section 12-25-34.2 Presumptive sentencing standards. (a) For the purposes of this section,
the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) AGGRAVATING FACTORS. Substantial
and compelling reasons justifying an exceptional sentence whereby the sentencing court may
impose a departure sentence above the presumptive sentence recommendation for an offense.
Aggravating factors may result in dispositional or sentence range departures, or both, and

Section 12-25-4 Advisory council. (a) An advisory council to the commission shall be
established to advise and consult the commission on sentencing matters. The advisory council
shall be composed of representatives from the various state and non-state agencies and organizations

Section 22-52-10.8 Order for involuntary commitment for inpatient treatment to be entered
into Criminal Justice Information System and NICS; redaction of order upon removal of limitation
to purchase firearm. (a) When the judge of probate of a county enters an order for the involuntary
commitment of a person pursuant to Section 22-52-10.1, and the order is for a final
commitment for inpatient treatment to the Department of Mental Health or a Veterans' Administration
hospital, or as otherwise provided by law, the judge shall immediately forward the order to

agencies; procedure for elimination and removal of information. (a) All persons in this state
in charge of law enforcement and correctional agencies shall obtain biometric identifiers,
