Section 45-2-84.12 Waiver of fees. Any judicial officer of the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit, upon making a determination that the defendant is indigent and not able to be employed, may waive or defer any administrative or supervision fee, or a portion thereof, associated with a defendant's assignment to a program administered pursuant to the terms of this part.
