Section 34-9-10 Application; licensure by credentials; special purpose license. (a) Every person who desires to practice dentistry within the State of Alabama shall file an application prescribed by the board. Notwithstanding the method of obtaining licensure or any particular requirement set forth herein, every person as a prerequisite to licensure shall be at least 19 years of age, of good moral character, a citizen of the United States or, if not a citizen of the United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with appropriate documentation from the federal government, and a graduate of a dental school or college accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation and approved by the board and shall satisfy any other requirement set forth in any rule adopted by the board. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon. Section 34-23-184 Audit procedures; report. (a) The entity conducting an audit shall follow these procedures: (1) The pharmacy contract shall identify and describe in detail the audit procedures. (2) The entity conducting the on-site audit shall give the pharmacy written notice at least two weeks before conducting the initial on-site audit for each audit cycle.
