Section 41-10-351 Definitions. The following terms hereafter used in this article shall have the following respective meanings: (1) AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this article. (2) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this article. (3) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Mental Health. (4) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Mental Health provided for in Chapter 50 of Subtitle 2 of Title 22. (5) DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the authority. (6) MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES. Section 45-42-82.46 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) Following the decision of the district attorney to admit the offender into the pretrial diversion program, but prior to entry, the district attorney and the offender shall enter into a written agreement stating the conditions of the participation of the offender in the program. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into the program, there shall be a written agreement between the municipal prosecutor and the offender.
