Section 37-4-63 Forced sales - Appeals to circuit court. Any party shall have the right to
appeal from the order of the commission, such appeal to be governed by existing provisions
of law relating to appeals from final orders of the commission; except, that such appeal shall

Section 25-4-134 Procedures for collection of delinquent contribution payments. (a) Generally.
The contributions, interest, and penalties required to be paid under this chapter shall be
a first and prior lien upon all property and rights to property, real or personal, of any
