Section 41-10-547 Bonds of the authority. (a) The authority is authorized from time to time
to sell and issue its bonds for the purpose of financing project costs pertaining to one or
more projects or for the purpose of providing funds to pay training facility management fees,
or any combination of the foregoing including, without limitation, in the case of authority
obligations issued for the purpose of providing funds to pay training facility management

Section 45-4-111 Electronic voting system authorized; requirements for use. (a) As used in
this section: (1) "Automatic tabulating equipment" shall mean apparatus which automatically
examines and counts votes recorded on paper ballots or ballot cards and tabulates the results.

Section 5-5A-20 Branch banks; commercial affiliates. (a) Alabama banks may establish a branch
or office for the transaction of the banking business within the State of Alabama upon prior

Section 34-25B-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following

Section 5-13B-41 Definitions. For purposes of this article: (a) The term "bank" means
