Section 11-54-120 Definitions. Wherever used in this division, unless a different meaning clearly
appears in the context, the following terms, whether used in the singular or plural, shall
be given the following respective interpretations: (1) INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD. Any public
corporation now in existence or hereafter organized pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial
Development Board Act. (2) INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT. a. Act No. 648 enacted at the
1949 Regular Session of the Legislature of Alabama, as amended (Division 1 of this article),

Section 12-15-133 Filing and inspection of records. (a) The following records, reports, and
information acquired or generated in juvenile courts concerning children shall be confidential
and shall not be released to any person, department, agency, or entity, except as provided
elsewhere in this section: (1) Juvenile legal files (including formal documents as petitions,

of transmitting obscene material to a child if the person transmits, by means of any computer
communication system allowing the input, output, examination, or transfer of computer programs
from one computer to another, material which, in whole or in part, depicts actual or simulated
nudity, sexual conduct, or sadomasochistic abuse, for the purpose of initiating or engaging
